The Flow Cytometry platform offers a wide range of services, from simple immunostaining analysis to multiple immunostaining (in conventional mode or by spectral detection) and 4-ways cell sorting.
Services
Simple or multiple immunostaining
An increasing range of reagents and fluorochromes allows many multiple immunostaining on cell suspensions.
Spectral Flow Cytometry
Spectral flow cytometry is an innovative system that enables user-friendly multiparametric detection with a number of key advantages, including flexibility in panel design and tools to manage autoflourescence.
Cell viability/Cell proliferation/Cell cycle
Flow cytometry allows to analyse cell viability. It will be performed by the researcher or by the platform staff (FACSCanto II, FACSFortessa, FACSCalibur or FACSVerse).
Calcium fluxes
The Calcium Fluxes analysis will be performed by the researcher or by a member of the platform staff on the FACSFortessa.
Multiplexing by CBA or Luminex
The CBA analysis will be performed by the researcher or by a member of the platform staff on the FACSVerse.
Cell sorting
Cell sorting and cloning will exclusively be performed on the FACSAria III u or the FACSAria III cytometers by the platform staff.
